    Title transfers upon proof of shipping. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to M.M.Meleen dba Atu House five (5) days after the date sent.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, M.M.Meleen dba Atu House ships merchandise to most locations worldwide domestic and international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    International orders ship at our discretion and buyers risk. USPS Tracking is provided.

    If sale is made to an area we deem we cannot ship to, all money will be refunded and you will be notified by email. We cannot be held responsible for customs fees for orders shipped outside of the US. If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu during the checkout process, please email sales@rosettatarot.com and we will see if we can accomodate your order. 

    All shipping is currently done through USPS Priority Flat rate. International customers may be offered the lower cost First Class service for low weight shipments. This service is tracked but not insured or guaranteed. You can choose which option is more economical during checkout but we recommend Priority Flat Rate.

    Please note that all orders paid for online usually ship within 48 hours.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Please don't ask us to change information on customs forms.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. M.M.Meleen dba Atu House is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    For international orders we recommend USPS International Priority Flat Rate. See also shipping & delivery info above.



  • Sales Tax

  • M.M.Meleen dba Atu House charges sales tax to Massachusetts residents only for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using the payment options listed. M.M. Meleen & M.M.Meleen dba Atu House reserve the right to change payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    No returns due the nature of many of our products, some of which may be customized, or handmade in such a way to contain natural variations.  

    Contact us if your order was damaged in transit. Items damaged in transit or defective may be returned for exchange within 10 days of receipt. Exchange or reurn of items with customized cards may involve a restocking fee.

    If your item does not arrive in good condition, please contact sales@rosettatarot.com for info on how to return it in exchange for a new item. Replacements will be made for damaged items, but we will require the return of the defective item.

    You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for exchange for a new item or store credit. To initiate an exchange, please email sales@rosettatarot.com. Refunds will not be issued unless we cannot ship to your location or an item is out of stock. We will only issue a refund to the payment method used at the time of checkout.
